Training Spins Winter 2009

The evening winter spins are up and running. The meeting point is McElligott’s on the Tralee Road Castleisland every wednesday leaving from 7:00pm sharp. As these spins are in the dark, it is advised to have the proper lighting and that a high vis is mandatory (and wet gear very much advised).

The main goal is to keep some sort of fitness level up over the coming months and if the Malin-mizen is a runner to be in somewhat decent bike fitness in january.Miles on the bike and not speed should be our priority and anybody else who would like to join with the group are more than welcome. The route will be McElligots to Tralee with variations of Tralee-ballycarty  or Castleisland-ballycarty added to gain extra miles.
