well done to Stuart Newens,Ciaran o’Connor and Pa Breen who did the club proud by doing the gruelling 160k Sean Kelly tour of wasterford last sunday,aside from the distance the route contained 4 tough climbs over the comeragh and was once a stage os the Ras where Kelly made his name.

Hi all.. the Sean Kelly tour of waterford is on next month on Sun 30th August and an event the club should really consider taking part in.Approx 2200 cyclists took part last year and its def a fantastic day out on the bike,its something to aim for and will keep the training up til sept,feel free to leave any comments or ideas on what ye think we should do about it…
