We need to do a basic flyer maybe on the last stage or RAS Mumhan where there will be clubs from all over Ireland present and we need one or two to hand them out at the finish area.

Programme of Events

 

 

 

11.15am          Under 16 Race            24 miles (6 laps x 4 mile circuit)

 

Prizes for first 6, first unplaced U15 and first unplaced girl

 

11.16am          Under 14 Race            12 miles (3 laps x 4 mile circuit)

 

Prizes for first 6, first unplaced U13 and first unplaced girl

 

11.17am          Under 12 Race            4 miles (1 lap x 4 mile circuit)

 

Prizes for first 6, first unplaced U11 and first unplaced girl

 

1pm                 A1/A2 Race for John Drumm Cup 70 miles (7 laps x 10 mile circuit)

 

Prizes for first 8 plus first 3 Unplaced A2s

 

1.02pm                                    A3 Race 50 miles (5 laps x 10 mile circuit)

 

Prizes for first 8

 

1.05pm                                    A4 and Ladies Race 40 miles (4 laps x 10 mile circuit)

 

Prizes for first 8 A4 and first 5 Ladies

(Note Ladies will receive a minute handicap on the A4 Men)

 

 

Entry Fee for Underage is €3 and for all adult races €15 and refreshments will be available in the hall after the adult races before the prize giving

It is the same circuit as last year with the same finish line being used which is 800m before the village

 

We are also asking for the cycling public’s help in keeping the event safe. You can help by not parking on the road near either finish line on the day and also respect the underage races by not warming up on their circuit – there is plenty of room to warm up elsewhere.
