John O’Connor 1943 -2012 R.I.P

The cycling community in Kerry lost a great comrade on monday with the sudden passing of John O’Connor. A true gentleman who’s passion for cycling and great personality helped promote and preserve the sport he loved in Kerry for decades.

Funeral – Mcelligotts Funeral home 4-6pm Thursday Aug 30th followed by removal to Castleisland church.Burial on friday after 11am mass.
