Wed Night Training spins

Yesterday Sunday 26th was a sussesss. Thanks to all members that turned up. Thanks to Eamonn Breen Steve Keys and Darragh Looney for organising the three routes. The turnout was the best we ever had for a club spin. Lets get word to rest of members and yere friends on how much we enough yesterday and hopefully we see a bigger turnout next sunday. There will be a cycle on wednesday night at seven o clock leaving mcelligotts. Look to the web site on saturday to see if there is a change to the routes for sunday.
