RING OF KERRY 03-07-10

Hey All…
With only a few days to go to the ring of kerry here are a few of the details agreed for Sat.

1 – Mike Fleming has kindly agreed to provide us with great back up service he does every year. we are meeting at the back of the Brehon at 7:30am to load the van for a sharp 7:45am deaprture. its up to each club member to ensure that they are there in plenty time to get their bike ready and have their gear ready for the van which will depart regardless at 7:45am.

2 – The van is for assistance along the road and not a personal shuttle service for club members.The van will follow the slowest group on the day and will not return to the Brehon till all club members are back safely so let common sense prevail and dont place neccessary items in the van.. ie car keys and clothing for after the event..

3 – as with other years its up to each member to provide any spares or nutrition they might need for the day.. tyres,tubes,spare cycling gear and snacks can be loaded on the van that morning along with any other items that are essential for the day.

4 – Garrett has booked the the international for Dinner that night but needs definite numbers asap. with only 4 days remaining please have the courtesy of informing him without delay if you and are attending or if your bringing a guest..contact Garrett on 087-9072776
