Leisure Spin 21-3-2010

We had another great spin today with 28 cyclists showing up for a 30 or 40 mile spin with an average speed of around 15.3 mph… next sunday is the last day of the spring league and we hope to get even more people out for the spin..
A big thanks also to Currow GAA who kindly let us use their facilities for the event which was gratefully appreciated by all who took part…..
