Training Spins Winter 2008

Hi All.  Got an email from Tom Kenny to say that the evening winter spins are up and running. The meeting point is McElligott’s on the Tralee Road Castleisland every wednesday leaving from 7:30pm sharp. As these spins are in the dark, it is advised to have the proper lighting and that a high vis vest is worn.
