The club season is uaually from February to October, however people are encouraged to train over the winter for the purposes of maintaining a base fitness.
During the cycling season and as soon as the dark evening get brighter regular training sessions task place during the week. These sessions are or varying levels and all fitness and abilities are catered for and nobody will be left behind.
